Explore the PowerPoint workspace; open and move through an existing presentation; create and save a new presentation.
Module 2: Building a Presentation
Start new presentations; edit and format text content; add, copy, and rearrange slides; select and apply a design template.
Module 3: Working with Text Formatting
Adjust character and font settings; control paragraph alignment and structure; apply text effects and use formatting shortcuts.
Module 4: Inserting and Arranging Graphics
Add images and graphic files; work with shapes and SmartArt; insert icons and 3D models; resize, group, and align objects on slides.
Module 5: Editing Graphical Elements
Apply formatting to images and shapes; modify SmartArt and icons; add animations to visual elements; manage object layering and stacking order.
Module 6: Getting Ready to Present
Review and preview the completed presentation; add transitions between slides; print slides and export the presentation.
Module 7: Using Microsoft Copilot Chat
Overview of Microsoft Copilot Chat; introduction to the Magic Prompt Formula; using AI tools to work more efficiently.
