Covers the Office 365 Admin Center and available reports, SharePoint management tools and PowerShell, differences between on-premises SharePoint and SharePoint Online, user identity and hybrid scenarios, OneDrive and Yammer redirection, and hybrid search and taxonomy.

Module 2: Working with Site Collections

Reviews available admin centers, how to create and secure site collections, storage configuration and recovery options, external sharing settings, and managing site collections through PowerShell.

Module 3: Managing User Profiles

Covers the profile service and property mapping, creating custom profile properties and audiences, configuring My Sites and newsfeed options, and managing email notifications and cleanup settings.

Module 4: Working with Data Connections

Introduces PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, along with Business Data Connectivity and Secure Store Service configuration, cloud and on-premises service connections, and working with external content types and lists.
