Microsoft Visio is a diagramming application capable of producing a wide range of visual outputs, including flowcharts, workflows, network diagrams, and organizational charts—essentially any structure that can be represented through shapes and connecting lines. A key strength of the application is that shapes can be repositioned while their connections remain intact. Visio also integrates with other Microsoft Office applications and cloud services, making it straightforward to share and publish diagrams. This Part 2 course covers advanced Visio features to help users work more efficiently and with greater capability.
