Our 5-Day Certification course covers incorporating and managing cloud technologies as part of broader system operations to meet particular business needs and work in various different industries. New technologies that support changes in the cloud market as companies and organizations become more dependent on cloud-based technologies to run critical systems, such as hybrid and multi-cloud are also covered in this course.

Cloud+ is a vendor-neutral, performance-based certification covering multiple vendors or an individual function like security or networking. This is to help ensure a better return on investment of cloud infrastructure services.

This course is to be taken in preparation for the CV0-002 exam.

Upon course completion, students will be able to:

Understand Standard Cloud Methodology
Implement, maintain and deliver cloud technologies (I.E. network, storage, and virtualization technologies)
Understand the aspects of IT security and use industry best practices related to cloud implementations

Prerequisites

It is recommended that students have the following prior to taking this course:

At least 24-36 months of work experience in IT networking, network storage, or datacenter administration
Familiarity with any major hypervisor technologies for server virtualization (vendor-specific certifications in virtualization are not required)
Knowledge of cloud service model (Iaas, Paas, Saas) definitions
Knowledge of common cloud deployment model (private, public, and hybrid) definitions
Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud Iaas platform
