Add and assign resources to tasks, enter cost information, resolve resource conflicts, and configure resource calendars.
Module 6: Completing the Project Plan
Refine and optimize the project schedule and establish a baseline.
Module 7: Using Microsoft Copilot Chat
Learn what Microsoft Copilot Chat is, apply the Magic Prompt Formula, and explore ways to use AI to improve productivity.
