Lead Instructor Evaluations

Instructor Evaluation Form

About This Evaluation

This internal instructor evaluation form is used by lead instructors to assess and document the performance of instructors delivering IT certification training courses at our Miami and Fort Lauderdale campuses. Regular evaluations help us maintain the high instructional standards our students expect across all programs, including CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft, cybersecurity, and coding boot camps.

Evaluations are conducted on a scheduled basis to ensure ongoing quality assurance and continuous improvement across all course offerings. Results are reviewed by academic leadership and used to support instructor development and student success.

Evaluation Criteria

Lead instructors are asked to rate instructor delivery, interpersonal skills, attendance recording, and grade tracking. These metrics ensure every student receives a consistent, high-quality learning experience throughout their IT training program. Any students requiring additional support or follow-up should be noted in the comments section below.

Ratings are scored on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 representing exceptional performance. Accurate and timely submission of this form helps our academic team identify areas of strength and opportunities for coaching or additional resources.
