This course covers managing and adjusting Microsoft Project plans through the execution, monitoring, and controlling phases of a project. Students will learn how to revise schedules, record task progress, generate status reports, and work across multiple projects. The course also addresses reusing existing planning components to improve efficiency. It is designed as a continuation of Microsoft Project Part 1.
