This course covers the core features of Microsoft Outlook, including sending, receiving, and organizing email, managing contacts, scheduling appointments and meetings, and creating tasks and notes. Students will also learn how to adjust Outlook settings to fit their workflow. The course aligns with the objectives of the Outlook Associate (Office 365 and Office 2019) certification exam, Exam MO-400.
